I hadn't ordered anything for a while, as my last order for a burger supper had undercooked burgers, which I couldn't eat (as they were very pink). They were put in the bin. I thought standards may have improved (as when shop first opened everything we tried was of good quality). However, tonight's order the chips were extremely dry. I only tried a few, then put them in the bin. Was it because they were reheated, or had they been sitting in the warming tray too long, i.e. not freshly cooked?
